Arif Erdem Ocak, born in 1980, the founding member of the band Seksendört. They have recorded five studio albums and more than 25 music videos since their 1999 debut. The band collaborated with many artists such as Orhan Gencebay, Zülfü Livaneli, Hande Yener and Onur Akin. Arif studied jazz guitar at Nazim Hikmet Academy and was a student of Erkan Ogur.
He has also directed and written the script of many fan-favorite Seksendört music videos. In October 2015, he recorded his first solo album at SuperSize Recording in 60 days. His songs are Turkish folk song covers which connect past and present thanks to their rhythm, melodies and Arif’s unique guitar playing style. During April and May 2016, he joined the famous Duman band as opening act for their tour, but also shared the stage with Tarkan at many of his concerts. Nowadays, he performs in Hungary and abroad as well.
