South American rhythms and a colourful night

Babel Nights brought some magic in Barcelona for the second time.

Colombian temper, peruvian melodies and brazilian rhythms – the second edition of Babel Nights was all about South American vibes. The colombian band Agozao opened the night. Their music was accompanied by 40 beautifully dressed dancers who twirled and twisted around, bringing all colours of the world into the theater.

The hungarian-peruvian HolddalaNap band took the stage after Agozao. As part of their interactive programme, guests were invited to take part in an upbeat circle dance lead by strong drum beats.

MiraMundo performed brand new, never before heard songs from their upcoming album, which is going to be released this year. During the Babel Mundo jam session, Luiz Mura, the frontman of MiraMundo conducted all the musicians who gathered on stage. Together they came up with perfectly improvised songs and cheerful little tunes.
